When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you - and only you. We never double book and we do our best to be ready for you when you arrive. To help us keep our promise to you, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment and that you communicate with us 24 hours in advance if you need to make changes.
If you need to cancel or change your scheduled appointment, simply notify us 24 hours in advance via telephone or email. Missed appointments without 24 hours prior notice will be charged to the client at the full cost of the treatment booked.
