Our Instructors will come to you. For the convenience of your staff or groups, we will teach courses corporately, at your business or in a facility of choice. We require a minimum of 6 participants to run our courses. Participant prices may vary as they are based on the number of course participants and location.

Familiar surroundings –Group can train in their own workplace or another familiar venue to help them feel more confident and at ease during their course.

Tailored courses – In some cases, on-site training allows curriculum to be tailored to the specific needs of your group.

We provide the best VALUE with the best EXPERTISE in the workplace today. Once you have selected the appropriate course(s) and have your desired dates, please contact our office and we will book you into our schedule. Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks prior notice to accommodate your dates. Certificates are issued immediately upon successful completion of the course.

Cancellation Policy.

We appreciate that you may not be able to attend the course(s) due to mitigating circumstances including changes in work schedule, illness and/or personal reasons. We will refund you the fees if your request is received with sufficient notice (please see below for full details) in writing. Since most of the preparation such as booking of the venue, printing of lists and course material, name badges and course certificates are done in advance, it becomes harder for you to obtain most of the fee refunded if you leave your cancellation request till late. In addition, it will not be possible for us to offer the place to another candidate if the time is short, thus resulting in a wasted slot. Hence we suggest that you inform us as soon as possible (email: info@cdneldercare.ca) if you are unable to attend the course after you have booked it. We will endeavour to help you as much as possible. Please be informed that the refund calculation is made from the date/time we have received your request in writing (email) and not from the time of any phone call you might have made to our offices in relation to discussing a refund.

If requested 14 or fewer days prior to the course date, a cancellation charge of 100% will apply.  

If requested more than 14 days prior to the course date, a cancellation charge of 25% (Invoice total) will apply + any incurred charges such as flight, venue, accommodations etc.

Re-scheduling:

In certain instances, we may agree for you to transfer your place to a future course within twelve months. We can provide this service with an administration fee of 25% + any incurred charges such as flight, venue, accommodations etc. Please note administration fee and all incurred charges will be due prior to course date.

Participant No Show:

In the event that a participant does not show to the first day of class or cancels on or after the first day of class, the Center will retain 100% of the class fee.

Any expenses incurred by the participant from charges that involve travel, accommodations or other expenses related to attending a class sponsored by the Center are the sole responsibility of the participant.
